Rosas ng Digma by Musikang Bayan
Published by Jun | Filed under Revolutionary Songs
Last Friday when i join the ranks of the militant student in Davao City where we walked out of our classrooms and marched around the city’s main streets to protest the privatization of state universities and tuition fee increase in colleges and universities nationwide. It’s been more than 2-3years that i’ve not been active nor joining rallies thus I miss singing the music of the people or progressive songs with my colleagues and friends.
I check my old collections of revolutionary songs and found one of my favorites - Rosas ng Digma.
So after uploading this video in YouTube i also decided why not create a site that will cater all Revolutionary Songs? So heres the URL of the site but still be developing and uploading more videos and audios.

Rosas ng Digma: Mga Awit ng Pag-ibig at Pakikibaka noong 2001
Lyrics:
Sumibol sa isang panahong marahas
Bawat pagsubok ay iyong hinarap
At hangga’t laya’y di pa nakakamtan
Buhay mo’y laging laan
* Ako’y nangangarap na ika’y makasama
[Ulitin * 2x]
Gaya ng pagibig na alay ko sinta
