Scary Davao Billboard Ads

Around 3pm when i’m passing by an overpass, a strong wind topple down one billboard just besides the overpass of Quimpo-Blvd., Davao City. Sort of scary where prolly theres a live wire in the vicinity. The people around were amused or wonders why this such big billboards goes down. Thank God theres no one get hurt.
Hope the local government can do something about this kind of weak billboard to ensure the safety of the people.
