This is the first time i encounter this word – Moroism. Maybe this refers to a Moro + Heroism? I’m not a hero or something but i can’t deny my identity as being a Moro. Theres still many Filipinos who doesn’t know about Moro or Bangsamoro and if this Moro people do exist in Mindanao. I received just this morning an invitation to 2nd Student Advertising Congress from my major subject – Entrepreneurship class Prof.Eding. The card says Aug.03 but it was now moved to Aug.24, 2007. I wonders what’s in here. Though i’m kinda excited since im now a business administration – major in entrepreneurship. I’m booted out of my Information Technology major *heh* (just have many failure).

President Arroyo on Wednesday declared August 3 a special, no-classes holiday for college and high school students.
The announcement was made in Malacanang which said that the holiday was meant to ensure that students of voting age are registered for the upcoming Sangguniang Kabataan election on October 9.
The Commission on Elections will accept applications for the SK election on August 4-5 in barangays and public schools nationwide. – GMANews.TV

After my class yesterday around 9pm there was a heavy rain. On my way home to my boarding house i use a public utility jeepney (PUJ). From Jacinto street via Boulevard below is the picture i take. Flood is high that your shoes will be soaked deep. This is always the problem of Davao when it rains hard.
I wonder if the local government unit of Davao are doing something to resolve this floods.
